How to get guests to see forum.

I hope this is the right place for this.

Yesterday I logged out for the first time and I noticed that you can't see anything on my forum as a guest which could be why I'm not getting any new members.

How do I change this. I modified the threads to show to everyone but that isn't helping.

I honestly can't find the area to change it and I don't think it is a code thing since I already looked threw the Code Index (672) and didn't find anything on it.

Wrong place, as this isn't a coding problem.

Admin CP -> Categories -> Modify Category
For each category, under Limit Access, make sure no checkboxes are selected.
I'm assuming something like Members is selected.
If no checkboxes are checked, then all users will have access to the category (including guests).
