For every file loaded on my site, I'm getting this error in the error_log: [Date] [error] [client IP] [Date] [info] Executing "/path/to/file.js" as UID 1223, GID 1223, referrer: website
I have no clue what this means. Google returned nothing. It's giving this after any file is accessed. How do I fix it? >_>

Did you make any changes that could have caused this ... or has nothing changed and it's just started to spontaneously appear?

It spontaneously appeared one day. I don't know when it started happening, as I didn't check cPanel that often. I know one day it didn't, one day it did. I'm not aware of changing anything, but maybe I did. Or perhaps the server owners changed something. I haven't a clue what the error means, so IDK what to check to even debug the bugger.

It sounds like maybe somebody tried to execute it as a standalone? I dunno, but I'd check maybe with your Server Admin to see if something has changed?
