How To: Change Website skin By Clicking a Link?

How can I accomplish this? So, there is a link on the bottom of the page that says: Skin 1 and Skin 2. You click it, and it changes the skin of the website.

How can I do this? I feel like being christmas-y, so I thought of this. Instead of having the default skin the christmas one, it is only be selection that you can get it.

I should mention that the option will have to be saved as a cookie in order to always have that skin after the user has selected it.

Like have that js file hosted, then use the src="" method to get it.. and then the form or text links.
