New Skin Critique Please?

So yes, a few will know that I JUST redid my forum. But, I'm at it again I just got my skin pretty much done. The only thing else is to replace the standard proboards buttons and to tidy up the icon buttons (they have a white line around them that's going to drive me nuts). I also haven't put any coding in really, and will have the title hidden, etc.

And in case it helps you with the critique, the very basic summary of the plot is pretty much a group of canines developed a "gang" of sorts and killed off the humans. Some canines are pleased, some are upset about the slaughter.

Would you mind telling me what you think of the skin itself? The background, banner, and overall colors?
