So, I've been making a skin for this site I'm working on, and it's basically finished. I just want to see if there is anything I can improve upon or change; or basically your thoughts on it. (:

Well, I was hoping for something the least bit helpful, but oh well.

And people actually read the descriptions? Usually you can tell what it looks like and everything by the name; so basically those 'paragraph-sized essays' are just there for decoration. /:.

I never really asked for any opinions on the content of the forum, just the skin. Anything I can change with the graphics, color scheme, that sort of stuff. If I wanted content rated, I'd go to GOAYB. >_>.

Its nice but generic. As long as your ok with it looking the same as everybody else's "nice" skins than thats OK i guess.

Try a different layout, different colours and codes if you want my advice. Screw what every1 else does and do something weird.

They're right, the layout itself is generic, but in terms of graphics and colors, I like it. The background is a bit distracting, however. I'd suggest getting in Photoshop and lowering its opacity over a dark gray. (Select all, layer via cut, set the opacity to 75% or so, fill the now empty background with something like #1e1e1e.) It's also making the board itself blend into the background, which you don't want. The board's need to be the absolute focus of the viewer's attention, and right now that isn't the case.

That banner is awesome, though the white aura around the two model images doesn't look the greatest. Maybe set a blending effect on it, or at least lower the opacity. It also doesn't fit in with your other images. If the guy in the staff members table had the same aura, it wouldn't stick out as badly.

Aaand the group color for ADMIN doesn't blend in as well. Try making it that tan color in the banner near the ferris wheel.

I'm not sure how much of this you're able to change since I see it's a premade skin from caution, or even if you have Photoshop. You might try talking to the creator to see what they can do.

Overall, it looks great. But as mentioned above, it looks just like every other rp so it won't stick out much.

I think I'll definitely put those ideas into consideration, but I don't have any access to any graphic programs at the moment, but those will definitely be implemented.

And it was technically made by me, since that is my account at caution, so I can def. change some of it.

I have to agree. On my computer, I have to squint my eyes to read the text. I'd suggest a different color, or bigger font.

Either way, yes it's generic, but generic works right? So who cares. My forum has a rather 'generic' layout, but people like it, so long as it has some kind of uniqueness. Your graphics are fine and the colors (except the text) are fine too.
