Someone known as Evolution is giving us a bad nam

Lately, someone known as Evolution broke the rules REAL BAD. He have banned him. Now, a guest reports that someone is pming people here at ProBoards Support NOT to join us. We suspect Evolution of doing this. He is giving us a bad name! If you don't believe me here is the link to the topic:

Is there something you can do about this? Did anyone get a pm like that?

1) change the title of this thread to A M/C: Someone known as Evolution is giving us a bad name

and let a staff member deal with this, also how is a guest posting PM's?

There is nothing that the staff here can do about this.....if someone who receives the PM reports it to us as spam then we can give the user a warning or ban the user from the support forum if we get multiple complaints....but other than that there really isn't anything that can be done.

But something he has not said is that back a month ago or so, this same guy was PMing everyone about his board called Pirate's Random Room in here, including me. I did not report him because I was lazy, plus I was not sure about where to report. Now i do it because I think he got out of hand with his spam advertising, to the point he harassed us and even made some kind of flash movie in which a dialogue was performed, where a person talked about how good his board was and how bad ours is.
Also, before we banned him, we had to ban his friend (member or co owner of Pirate's Random Room, it seems) who was PMing everyone at our board about Pirate's Random Room, plus he started spamming the link in every post. He even came to insult us and say we sucked, that our staff was a bunch of idiots, and many other things. Something that Evolution did later as well.

I believe this is unfair and these guys are obsessed with some kind of rivalry against our board and about advertising their own, and honestly, I can't stand it.

I just hope we can receive the support we seek.

The reason is because this is for support issues regarding your codes and board problems. Not with individual members. Proboards cannot police every individual member that causes problems. As stated earlier, until they receive a complaint from someone here WITH THE PM PROOF, there isn't anything they can do except bann them from here. But that person can always sign back on as another person under a different ip. The internet is a harsh place and there will always be trolls to deal with unfortunately. I know this is harsh but that's it in a nut shell. Plus, it is sunday evening and most of the top people are off work.

Also, I did not find any other place for this topic, so I posted it in here. If there is a specific place for this, please let me know.

hey whats your problem people...I never did anything on your site to get banned at all, besides advertise. thats what your site is about right? My boards are full of things that your site gives advertising ops for, so my site pretty much fitted under those categories. Yeah, sure I did PM people with my site, but whos to talk? Phazon did a whole lot more. We actually pay to advertise on sites, and do less spam PMs. So your going to go and try to say me or my friends spread those rumors, especially without proof...This is as low as you can get! My board staff is honorable, and wouldnt do that stuff at all, they are good people that stick to their duties, and know if they break any rules, I would give them a punishment, or even ban them; MY OWN FRIENDS, just for doing such things...I'm not exactly up to date with them posting rude things on your site, and I'm sorry if they did, but I know I never posted anything rude, unless I has just under a bad mood one day, and probably apologized later on, because I'm like that. Maybe I said something rude, and forgot about it, because I forgot exactly what I said, or stayed offline for a while and forgot. But you and your Phazon buddies are getting on my nerves, by pointing fingers, when that "little birdy" never even said who was doing it! I think you are all immature, and you need to grow up!
EDIT: And if you are going to say we did it, after all me and my friends have done, with all our expenses for real advertising, and taking more time being mature, then go ahead, point fingers. We are just sick of all ur mood changes!

Well, the only thing you can do now is wait for an admin to respond. There doesn't seem to be a board with that name on it unless it's hidden. Don't bump this thread for 24 hours as per support rules as well. If you have links to verify as well use the TOS form.
