Side Box Images?

Well I am real new to coding obviously. I know very little, but I believe the only way to learn is by trying it out. I however need a little help. How do you make images appear in a side box? I used a side box code that I found on this forum (Thanks for that ^_^ ) I was trying to set an image for the box title, but the img code does not work. What is the proper code?
