Temporary internet files
If you close your browser, go to control panel and find 'internet options'
Just clear temp files, might be under browsing history if XP

cool thanks, i deleted my temporary internet files but the site still won't load for me. still getting a http500 error message or something.

I've just accesed my forum, there have been posts this afternoon while I could not get in, from members in the Uk at that too.

decided to do a hard reset of my router so turned it off for 1 minute and then cleared all of my cache not just for today and can now get in both my sites
