Here's a link to my site so you can better understand the problem I'm having: DC League of HeroesI've been just getting stuff together to build the site up but the DC Comics logo I used in place of the 'no new posts' image have come out all silly and weird. I know this is because I've optimized them for web and so the number of shades of blue is reduced. So, what I want to know is if it possible in any way to get around this. If you see the real DC Comics logo you'll realize how cleverly shaded it is, and I think the optimized one just looks pretty shoddy. Sorry if what I'm looking for is just impossible, but I thought it was better to at least check. I use imageshack which doesn't seem to like it if I give it a .psd (I think?) image cause it just turns it into an mp4, and I'm not sure .psd works on ProBoards anyway. Ugh, I don't know, plenty of people will have a MUCH better grasp of this than me...

Hi, PSD isn't an image file that can be displayed properly on a webpage. It's a Photoshop file. Try saving it by going to: File > Save for Web > select ".png" on the save page

It's great when the answers easy, but it's just slightly annoying to realize what a goof I am xD
Thanks a lot, everything looks better now and I'll keep the info for when I'm using some custom images too.
