I looks for the actual font or at least something with that grunge look to it but I got nothing. Can someone please help?

Both have very similar fonts in them. I couldn't find the exact one, but those might help you out a bit. :]

It's Helvetica Neue Black, manually grunged (note different distortion marks on the common letters)

Unfortunately it's not a free font, so you can either remake it or use one of the look-a-likes provided by the previous user.
