unable to access SBG Sword Forum

Problem:
unable to login to SBG sword forum. when login link on SBG website homepage is clicked a proboards page pops up and states the following:
An Error Has Ocurred
Invalid Loadskin id:

this has been going on all day and needs to be fixed. I have been experiencing numerous SBG forum problems due to not being able to connect to server, dropped connections, and now this. Somebody please take care of this annoying problem. I have not experienced problems like this on any other forum. ever.

I have an account on the old and new forum under the username jimC2, the old one gives me a pending approval when I try to sign on and the new forum I can't even get the site.
