You probably have a custom theme that is making the font smaller. It all depends on how the theme sets it (it can tell the site to display font small in tables, in the body, in the font, etc.). Without knowing which text the theme is telling to make smaller, it's impossible to tell it to make it larger.
So, this should go in Code Requests.

Yes i changed the general theme but there was nothing there about font sizes. I wonder if changing the font would help.hmmmmmm

Some fonts are smaller, but that's rare. It's likely a code in your headers/footers that changes the font size.
