Well your skin seems like it is mostly pink, but the banner is red. Pink and red don't really go together. I really like how you did the pink on your site so maybe you should change the banner to match it.  |

I'm blue that your banner clashes so much with your site colors. Really, like Lugubrious said, that reddish and reddish-orange doesn't go with the pinks. You need your background colors to be like: 7b2712, cc4524, or 681a07. Somewhere in that range of colors.
As for the banner itself, I like it. You can't read the sub-title text at the bottom in some places. But overall, pretty interesting to look at.
