APDIV TAGS

Hiya,

As I mentioned on a previous post, I have recently taken on the role as Web Manager for my families' business - who's current website is extremely poor.
I plan on creating a new website, but was wondering if somebody could clarify with; "APDIV TAGS" would assist in the website appearing much clearer and accessible in most screen-resolutions?

I think this explains it pretty well:

I believe that regular <div> tags are easier to manipulate to look good in multiple screen resolutions.
