Rated M or R?

I've seen sites with logos on their site that look like those on movies that say Rated M or Rated R. I was wondering where do they get them? Or how can I get one? Do they make them?

i recommend not getting those -- explicit content is against PB TOS, and any site that allows explicit content that's a ProBoards forum is breaking that rule.
