Help-table!

Ok...so maybe i am just crazy or something. But my codes that i once used do not work here on proboards.....so would anyone be kind enough to give me a template...i guess thats what you call it. Of a table with 1 text box on top and an image on the bottom. I think i can fill in the blanks if anyone can just give me an outline to run with. Thanks in advance to anyone who care help ^_^
