First Time For Photoshop

The laptop I have gotten from my school that I get to keep has Adobe Photoshop CS3 on it and I've always wanted to work with photoshop but could never afford it. Now that I have it freely I decided to take the opportunity. This is not a completely finished version but my rough so far, and it is my first creation with photoshop so bear with me :/ But I wanted to get some opinions!

Have you used other programs in the past? Thats pretty good for the first time in photoshop. I like the textures to it and the old feel on the left but the magical on the right. Good job

It doesnt look like its your first time looks very nice, I wish I had photoshop so I could learn how to make my own stuff.

You can download a 30 day trial at there site, give it a run.
