Opinions on Skin

Alright, so this is the first skin that I've really ever put forth the effort to make. I just wanted some constructive critizism on it. It doesn't currently have a banner... I'm still working on that. And, please keep in mind that it is a test site, so I'm not advertising. Just give me some thoughts, please. Thank you!

Well I like the layout but I think the skin is a bit boring. There isn't anything that catches your eyes on the skin. The font, even though its nice, I find it hard to read some letters. When you make the banner, try and make it catch peoples eyes when they visit. But I like the colours you have used. They are nice and gental and they go together. But instead of having a border that is the same colour as the windowbg, I would suggest a pale purple border.

But for your first skin you have picked out some nice colours.

Erm... 'They are nice and genital'? You might want to reword that.

Overall, it's a consistent theme, the colours are consistent throughout the layout - but as Anish said, it needs something else - perhaps use images in the banner, I don't know. I look forward to seeing this completed.

Anish pretty much summed it up. I also wanted to point out that you used a brush as a layer under the text. The menu icons, or side tables' headers for example.....I think you can better pick those colors so the image stays flowing.
