Ok this is my first Banner i have ever done what do you think

It basically looks like a stock with text on it :\. Mainly text can be simple, nothing to wild with the font type! Placement is key, and also color, you don't want it to clash. Also if you are going to have you name on it, just put your name by: is not necessary. But for a first banner, well hell yours is much better than my firsts, mine were just embarrassing . But stick with it, with time and practice you will be fine!

I'll have to agree with nyfatfan on this one. Although it might seem as if the font type would fit the 'old celtic' (no clue what the font type is =P), it really doesn't...especially with red text and blue font. Honestly, sometimes it's better to go simple font and white color.

Though for a first timer, you have the potential. Just be sure to check out tutorials, accept criticism, and be inspired from others. Do all that and I'll promise you'll be making professional designs in no time. Keep it up!
