Global footer, replace the href with url to image. Must be .ico file.

I know you found your answer... but for those wondering an .ico file is "ICO file format is an image file format for icons in Microsoft Windows. .ICO files contain one or more small images at multiple sizes and color depths."

You may also use other file formats like GIF and PNG; although they don't work for Internet Explorer. Just giving this amount of information because it could sometimes be a pain in the butt to find a image uploader supporting the .ico file format.
