Made a new graphic, want your opinion

oh and a question. In photoshop how would i make rounded corners? I've done it before but cant remember how I did it

What you are looking for is the "rounded rectangle" tool and it should be under the rectangle tool. As for your graphic, it looks pretty and simple. My only gripe is that the Japanese (correct?) and english text overlap, thus causing some of the characters to be unreadable.

So what do i do? just put a rounded rectangle tool on a blank canvas?

There are many other ways of doing it but that works too basically.

The text placement is kind of odd. It makes the image feel "lop sided" and heavy near the center left of it. Also I don't know if you were trying to go for this, but because of the Japanese and English text overlapping it makes them difficult to read. Not necessarily hard to distinguish, just hard to tell what your doing with them. Maybe you can change the stroke on the different sets of text or change a slight shade on them. I think that would be a tad better.
