I would probably go with the first one. Animation can sometimes be a bad idea for people who may have slower computers.

But that's only because the 1st has too much text. Never add a block of text as an advert because no body will want to read it.

And like Andrea said, animation can be hard to do. I honestly, would like to see the animation taken off and just one static image of a dog.

The fisrt one it looks a lot better the changing pics take to long to load on others computer

I know I definitely wouldn't stop to try and read the text off the first image. It also looks kind of boring, since it's just text saved as an image, where there really isn't any images at all.

The second image is more eyecatching, and the text is easy to read. I'd go with that one.
