Basically I want a banner that's the specified height and width above. I want it gray scaled to where its black and white. Using an image of the underwater of the black lake from Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire and a image of the time turner. I want it to say Stolen Time in the Hurricane Supa Dupa Serif Font then I want it to say time has been stolen from us and its not fair in the Gauntlet Font.
Location of Text: Stolen Time - right hand side across the top in a diagonal position. Proper capitalization.
