Easy way to "copy" forum headers?

I am wondering if there is an easy way to copy the forum header and menu that is at the top to another page outside of the bank of boards?

The idea is, I want to create a home page that would not be inside the boards, but then have the same header as the boards.

Is this possible?

Go to Admin>>Headers and Footers>> There are two links at the bottom of the table. Click "Click here to make a backup of your headers and footers." and it will redirect you to a page with all your codes
