Can This Be Bigger?

If I used my scanner I could make it bigger, unfortunately I lost my scanner wires.

Kodi Smit-McPhee is one of my favorite actors, and I'm currently using him as a PB for two different RPGs. I wanted this picture to be bigger, to the point where I could see his face clearly and use it as part of my signature(s). At this point, the boy is too small and therefore it's a bit problematic. Can anyone please help with advice or at least maybe try it for me? =3

PS Sorry if this wasn't the right place to post, but I'm not exactly requesting a graphic to be made, just a photograph to be resized bigger.

What do you mean? I've noticed before whenever I would try to enlarge a picture with one of my old photo-edit program, it would become blurry. Is that what you meant?

correct. =] it's set to be a max size of whatever -- increasing this size will work, but the details will become rasterised. essentially, you're zooming in on a picture's details that aren't defined to that degree.

there are certain images (vector images) that won't have this happen to them, but photos aren't one of them.

I got some good news... The blog where I found that one picture from had the photographer's name below it, I looked him up, found one of his websites, "PhotoShutter", and there were 21 pictures of that actor there. Downloaded them all, XD, and now I can make my signature. Eventually... Because after all day of wanting to make a nice signature I now have designer's block out of nowhere. Oi.
