Hi can anyone help me make my banner to this color to the same background of my forum which is this color code?86818d

I wanted to match it with my forum.
Just take away all of the black that there is,also the stars to be gone,and only the words saying Ladies Chat A Forum For Females in the same font that you see on my banner.It only says A Forum For Females.
This is banner where you can save it to your server to help me out on this.

Can you also remove the words bird house on it?Can you make the words on there in black color?Saying Ladies Chat A Forum For Females?
I tried hard to make the color to the same background as my forum,and still couldn't I don't have the program to do that I think.it does not have the same color of my forum that I wanted on my banner on my paint program that I did it with back than this is how I made this banner.
