Honestly, I don't particularly have a number for this "design".

It doesn't seem like you put a whole lot of effort into making this layout? Or maybe you just don't have a lot of experience. Nonetheless, the banner is okay, and the on/off icons are too big and blocky for my personal taste.

Are the banner and on/off icons the only things you designed?

Well threse's the background image too. But I didn't make the design myself. It was mostly made by a admin on my site.
But yea, this is my first ever site here.

Don't get me wrong, it's nice but... it just doesn't match to well

It looks really stuffed, I guess is how to say it.

For it being the first site, it's definitely not the worst one I have seen. I agree with Ooop - there are some color matching problems going on. It also looks very crowded, and with all of the colors, it makes it a bit overwhelming to any potential new members.

The blue is a bit too "bold" I'd say. And the background doesn't seem to go with the forum itself at all.
