We have been having problems this past week with the CAPTCHA. We received this message from someone who was trying to register on Wednesday, Oct. 6:

"I am still trying to register on your website but there is never anything in the CAPTCHA box to complete the process. help!"

She was not the only person complaining of CAPTCHA problems. Any ideas?
