Background resize??

Ugh! I've tried 2 different filehosters. I've tried 4 different digital editing programs. I've tried 5 different codes. Nothing has changed.

Can anyone please tell me how to make my background fit my forum width?

willxofxfire.proboards.com, if anyone wants it. Not much to see, since I deleted every background-resizing-related code.
