This is the first template ever, made in PS CS 2. I know the boxes are a little off, I have really bad vision. Just did this to see if I could. ANyone know where a good tutorial is to design a forum skin like this that is detailed?

It looks good so far, but I think your lineart and banner text could use some heavy antialiasing. Nice color choices!
