I have Photoshop elements
I made this boarder around forum here: www.greynblack.proboards.com/index.cgi
If you notice the bottom right and bottom edges are dark but the others are light. I want the image to look 3D but when i use some of the bevels they all make one side lighter. How can i get all the sides to have the dark boarder?

You could try in the layers area of photoshop, try the shadowing and other such effects. i like it as is but thats just me. i have Photoshop CS4
