Skin/Design Feedback

Over the past couple of days I've tried my hand at coding a skin close in quality to those which come from highly skilled skin designers. I'm not entirely done with it yet, but I'd like to receive some feedback on my design and overall look. This would help me not only to finish the skin, but improve both its quality and my experience. If you could take the time to look it over and let me know what you think, I'd be terribly grateful. <3
