There is a minimum time given of 24 hours after the switch to day. Then, yes, the majority against one person is enough to lynch. If consensus is not reached, we'll move ahead in 6 hour increments until a majority is reached.

Psh, don't do that! See, any game moderator would make Robert not a Mafia member, because they'd predict that we'd go lynch him on the assumption that he is, and then go "oops, he's just a villager, heh," when we find that out.

I know his tricks.

This entire process is reminding me a lot of that part in Princess Bride where the guy tries to figure out which glass has the iocane solution.

...maybe both of them are iocane mafia members??

There's one factor you didn't account for, though. What if Aether knew that someone like you would come along and figure out his plan to make Robert not a Mafia member, and so, in order to fool you, he did make Robert a Mafia member? Then no one will suspect him, and Robert can sit back and laugh as he takes us out, one by one! D:

With that in mind, I too will cast my vote for Robert. Woo conformity! ;D
