I definitely think that no one should be able to reveal their assignment with screenshots/video. In the version played IRL you get a card with your assignment and you are not allowed to show it. It should be no different here.

And yeah, the rules will have to be tweaked for next time. I was on the fence about letting the video and pics, but I figured that it'd be better to let it play on instead of intervening too much.
