Hello,
I was wondering how you make an image blink. I want to make an affiliate banner for my site, but I want to make it blink. Could someone please explain this to me? I am currently using Photoshop to make my graphics. Thank you.

First go to Window > Animation Click that so it shows. Click the Animation (Frames) tab on that window if it's not selected already. Then have whatever you want blinking on a separate layer. I'll try the rest without screenshots, hopefully you can decipher it For the next bit that'll be blinking, you want to click "Duplicate Frame" at the bottom of the Animation window. It's a box that's peeling away in the bottom left hand corner. On that new frame, just hide the layer with whatever is blinking on it. You can then edit the speed by clicking on the thing that says "0 sec." and choosing from the options. To see the animation, hit the play button.
