Nightwalker shivered under his bed. It was like living in hell. The town was becoming divided against itself. He himself had even been accused of being in the notorious mafia. As he started to fall asleep something pricked him. There was a masked person in his room. He knew it was over. He had been poisoned.

Nightwalker chased the person out and then grabbed a pen and paper. He ran back under the bed to write.

"Friends,

In the morning you will find me dead. I suspect that this may be because i was onto the mafia or it may be that they are trying to frame someone. It might even be just a random killing. I hope that you can tear them apart. This town needs to unite together against the mafia. I hope that those left behind me will not stop until my death has been avenged.

Find them and..."

And so ended the life of a brave villager. His only thought was for his town. Even unto his last breath.

(Thanks guys for the fun game. I will be watching with eagerness to find out who killed me....then i will haunt them for eternity )

Ryan really doesn't strike suspicion anymore. Could be I'm blindly trusting him and he'll backstab me at a later point in game, but, we'll see that then, though currently I agree with his reasoning.

That, coupled with the latest post by Syko, just blaming Ryan back, kinda confirms it.

I'll keep watch more, obviously, but my current vote is without a doubt to Syko.

Let's not just go throwing votes out just for the hell of it. We do that and we will make a mistake. We have a full 48 hours and it would be pointless to not use as much of it as we need to try and analyze what's going on before lynching somebody. Not to say I don't suspect Ryan (If you check my previous post he's my #1 suspect), but if we just act like a crazy mob, we are going to make the same mistakes any angry mob is going to make. Have you ever seen movies? The mob always lynches the innocent people. Therefore we should act rationally. This allows us to make the most of what time we have to determine what to do. I mean, it's only been three hours and a majority looks like it could be reached within another 2. While I want to reach a majority before the time is up, we shouldn't waste the other 40 hours we have! Monitor people's posts, see who is lurking but not posting, and try to read everyone's motives, even those you may think are not mafia. 1st day alliances are worthless, you know nothing, your "team" knows nothing, and who knows which people you are trusting, villager or mafia? If we use common sense and deductive reasoning, we can get the mafia before they get us!

All right, I'll retract my vote for the time being. I suppose I shouldn't let my emotions get the better of me.

Ryan is still my top suspect for now, but Dom's post makes some good points, and I suppose I shouldn't be pointing fingers and making myself look worse, considering my situation at the moment. I'll wait a bit and see how things turn out before making any definitive decisions.

In day 1 I didn't see anyone else as potentially being investigated besides Ryan. Probably because he was the most suspicious after last game's craziness.

For now I remain cautious of Ryan but will not be voting for him because I feel it was most likely that he was investigated and is a villager. If he is not I imagine we will know for certain within a few rounds when more know who the detective is.

I'm withholding judgement until more discussion in terms of who to vote for.

I have a few thoughts.

First, I think we should start getting rid of those who aren't actively participating (or as much so) in the game. Not only do they have just as good a chance of being mafia as anyone, but also they aren't contributing to the search for mafia in any way. I'm looking at blizz, jetta, **hp, and zar (at least constructively).

Second, as a sign of good faith, I'd like to be investigated in the night.

Third, I would like to re-iterate that my suspects for mafia are Lost and patsfreak.

Fourth, I don't think that either Syko or Ryan are in the mafia. I think Ryan's just bad at playing innocent, and Syko is acting defensively because people are trying to lynch him.

I don't think I've seen jetta post once since day one started, though I may be wrong, I didn't bother to check, it's a lot of pages

EDIT: Scratch that, she's posted in the night, but it's still only one post in the day time.
