I've been roleplaying online for a number of years, and, as any Roleplayer can tell you, there are a good number that get *cough cough* Mature.
I'm considering making a forum for the first time in nearly 2 years, and I was taking a look at the TOS and Guidelines before I took any steps.
Now most of the people I imagine will join this forum that I have in mind would be, preferably, mature people with an adequate grasp of the English Language and have a certain Level of Literacy. I also know that this intended group of people are the sort that enjoy the aforementioned Mature threads.
While reading both the TOS and Guidelines I got to the segments concerning lewd and obscene material. The part that baffled me a bit was the last bit of it.
My question is, if steps are taken to ensure Mature threads are blocked to minors, such as refusing any member under the age of 18 as well as Password Protected Boards specifically FOR those threads, would the forum be permitted to have Mature threads on the site or would it be warned and/or deleted for having them?

We do not allow adult content on forums. This means no RP forums involving sex, groping, etc. Content should all be PG-13 in nature.
