Hi Phaelyn,

I just noticed you were online, so please don't think I'm sending this to everyone, haha. This is my first game so I don't really have too many strategies. My gut feeling is that you aren't a mafia member because of how you acted in the first day. Or maybe you're playing me. Anyway, that's not really what I'm getting at.

I'm going to contact maybe two or three members, and we can combine all of our information to form a tentative "player role list" after all, all the mafia members have to say they're a false role. If I can compile a list of member roles, with your help and the help of one or two others, I think we can easily narrow down whose who. It's likely there will be two people saying they're the nurse, two lawyers, etc. Whatever the case, we'll narrow down to about a 50-50 chance for killing each mafia member. Please try NOT to tell anyone about this specifically because then the mafia members will know we are keeping a tally about who is who, and then they'll start to make their own counter-strategy.

I don't know if this was tried in other games, but hopefully it works.

I'm going to reach out to two others, in different 'cliques' I guess you could say, so we have one contact person in each group. Any suggestions for people that may be willing to help?

This was at the very start of the game when I had no clear strategy, haha. After today, I still don't. This doesn't mean anything.


I'm getting thrown under the bus here with "evidence" that means nothing.

The difference is that Aether's been forthcoming with the fact that he's been PMing people. You've been sneaking around behind everyone's backs.

Seriously, even if you're not mafia, you've brought this on yourself the best thing you can be in this game is consistent.

I feel I should point out that I've had a couple of PMs from Trill too. They're nothing like the other ones people have recieved though, and not really incriminating. I'll post them if people think it will help, though.

This WHOLE TIME I've been fighting against the alliance that's been keeping all the information private. If the info was public, we could EASILY narrow down to 8 suspects, 4 of which would be mafia. Game over! Keep the nurse and doctor private within the alliance if you want.

Aether and his crew collected all the player roles. I just want them publicized so we aren't under the control of that one group for the whole game.

Oh and on that note, Aether posted a list of times people posted in the thread, and I had 17 posts, a lot more than most people. How does that constitute "lurking?"

Listen, I'll make this short and to the point. There's a big target on my back from what I posted last round, obviously. The alliance doesn't want me to talk and reveal information. That means that at least one mafia member is in the alliance I mentioned. If I do reveal the information the alliance collected, other players will come forward saying "that's my role, so you must be a mafia member impersonating my role!"

The reason why I'm only sending this to you is because I don't think you're in the alliance, and I don't know who to trust. I have four suspects that I believe are in the alliance. I know two of them for sure: Aether, and Crow and Andrea MIGHT be.

If I'm killed by the mafia tonight, someone in the alliance doesn't want me to talk. I just want to leave some leads/clues behind in case I am killed. I don't know if they're going to take me out this round or next round, because they might wait a bit to throw suspicions off the alliance I outed this round.

Personally, I fall back on my thoughts about Crow...suddenly Crow posts and the game moves on with a mafia killing. Plus the concerns Trill raises....just seems all too convenient...
