I'm not voting robert without more evidence (However I think I'll continue the neighborhood watch practice from last game). The only reason everybody has for voting for him is that they don't like him. I don't think we should bring prejudice into the thread seeing as all the roles were chosen randomly.

(Also experiencing severe thunderstorms here in my county, just want to let you guys know I'm on my phone until tomorrow, meaning probably just one or two more checks on the thread)

While I do agree with Dom, it is strange that Robert was not killed off first, which may mean that he had a say on who got to be killed last night... Or maybe the mafia was more strategic this time.

Is there evidence that Robert doesn't like cats?

Actually, I like Robert and I was using evidence to make my decision since many times in the past he has publicly denounced cats and he PM'd me once about how cats were dumb and smelled like old people (which Robert has also openly admitted to not liking).

I've already speculated that if Robert isn't killed first then he is probably guilty. I want to give him a chance to defend himself, though.

Folks please keep in mind that the newspaper article is pretty much irrelevant to lynches. For example, some of you are saying it has something to do with a person not liking cats when as this is not real evidence. It is not linked to any Mafia at all, otherwise people would be guessed quickly. I say we let Robert reply and defend himself before voting, and I also suggest for people to start calming down rather than voting immediately.

Like someone said before, I don't think this has to do with people not liking bagheera. I think this has to do with strategy - which is why I'm not inclined to vote for Robert immediately. Just because Robert wasn't killed, doesn't mean he's in the mafia - who cares about tradition? Looking at the other threads, bagheera clearly knows what she's doing in this game. Besides, it's possible the mafia didn't kill Robert off first because they figured that everyone would vote him in the first day.

I agree with you Bagheera plaed this game great,and taking her out was a good move but i would have love to seen her stay in this game,so us villagers could win.

I don't think Robert is in the mafia. I mean, he could be, I suppose. But since his abilities to point out the mafia is wholly unproven because of his bad luck (or a conspiracy), I think that it's much more reasonable for a mafia member to take out a proven mafia hunter like Bagheera.

Also, I think that because Bagheera was killed, a potential majority of the mafia is from the first game because they witnessed how well Bagheera did. However, it could just be a group of mafia members who read through the whole first game, which seems less likely because it was 30+ pages long.

Looking at this, I recommend that if I get killed, you should all try to kill some mafia from last game. As you said, though, that was at least 50 pages (if I remember correctly). That's pretty much the only way they would have identified her as a large threat, haha.

Personally, I have no ideas so far, though. I think killing Robert at this stage would be a bit unfair, as at this early we really have absolutely no evidence
