ProBoards Mafia 3 : TMM (Post-Game)

Would not have minded to be a boring plain role in my first game ever.
It still kind of sucks to be mafia and have your entire group killed from suspicion of like a couple posts..
Maybe I won't be as bad next game =)

Yay. I feel accomplished. We got them...

I was seriously confused this game but when i found that evidence on dove i knew i had either a mafia member, the detective, or the doctor. When the detective and doctor died i knew she was Mafia. To all those who say that using login times doesn't work or is cheating why not use something that can help you win? And this is proof it does work.

I would also like to congratulate Robert on living through one whole game.

This was fun I will play again.

Just to add on what Nightwalker said about login times, there was one round where I purposely took a long time to send in the hit, far after all mafia had logged in. There was also another round when we formed a consensus before one of our cohorts had logged in. Nobody paid attention to these login times, so I guess it didn't really matter.

Yea we did that too. It helps sometimes and it doesn't others. If you don't want login times being used go invisible now...like i am about to do

Interesting game. I'm surprised it ended as quickly as it did, actually.

Also, I did end up getting apology PMs from 2 people. The Godfather who saw to my death, and Dom.

This was incredibly frustrating to watch. I had Ren and Trill pegged from Day 2 and it took until Day 5 for them to be removed from the game. I left detailed notes to people before my death to ensure that these should have been the Day 2 and 3 deaths but it didn't happen.

Hopefully next game will be better. The villagers need to listen to the detective. Adam gave perfect clues (while being subtle) to Ren being mafia and people would not follow me to finish the vote. In fact, the vote was 2 villagers, 1 mafia, 1 villager, 1 mafia, etc etc down the line that led to Alex's death when I told people not to vote that way. NEXT TIME LISTEN! I figure I'll either be a quick death next game or people will be much smarter about their clues next time.

Also -- TRILL!! -- Do not try to make "secret" alliances with 20 different people at once. That was way too obvious that you were mafia. Terrible. I had you pegged, and yes you mafia got me before I could get the villagers behind me, but that will change next time. I think by now the villagers trust me (regardless of my "On day 1 we need to kill someone" attitude -- which I stand behind).

I figured that since this was my first game the villagers would fall for the excuse "oh I didn't know that was a bad strategy, sorry I'm new" I guess they kind of did because I survived that round when all the secrets came out. I also think it was blow way out of proportion how many alliances I had. I discussed some things with a few people, but my only "alliances" were the Less Than Trill alliance, Andrill alliance, the Jettrill alliance, and I tried to get into Phaelyn's alliance to make it Phaedovettarill or whatever I suggested, which never worked out.

Wow! This round was just amazing! I survived, we have tons of fun, I almost died at one point, and regained my trust. Wow!
