Need Help

Okay I haven't coded anything for a really long time so it's sort have slipped from me and it's not often that I coded my proboards. I recently decided to want to code them, but I am not sure where to start.

I really liked this 'layout' I guess that's what it would be called.

But what I would like to know, is where would I find somewhere to help me code a layout similar or like this? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!

This is more of a Code Support question... but I'll answer anyway.

Try searching for "Side Tables", "Border Around Forum", "Category and title text to image", and "Remove On/Off Icons", those will give you the general look of the forum
