Overall, a nice cute drawing. Maybe make it's head a bit smaller and more oval-shaped, like a penguins. Besides from the color, it can look like any bird to me.

The whole mouth in the position that it is in currently, looks pretty odd. I think it needs to be more towards the nose area (at the edge) and only showing half, since it's a side angle. Or I guess you could put the whole mouth on the one side but possibly make it smaller, and still put it closer to the edge. It looks a bit too high, too, to me.

I dunno though, I'm not great at drawing etc myself, so I could have the worst thoughts on this
