So is there a day and night mode? If so, then during the day mode is it just where we decide who's the boss? And we "announce" votes?

DAY
- round starts with Boss's memo, answer to psych question, and any firings made last night
- players discuss who they think the boss is; form a majority on the boss or try to not be in the majority if they aren't sure
- players send votes to game narrator
- (psych question sent in)
- (rat hacks the network instead of votes)
- after 24 hours, or if all votes are in early, the "day" ends

NIGHT
- boss is given the list of players that are eligible to be fired and chooses a variable amount (we'll start with firing 4 people for two rounds or so, then 3 people for the next three rounds, then down to 2 people, depending on how many players)
- boss answers the psych question and writes a memo to the players

Not sure. Last game, one whole day went by during my sleepy time. I don't want to ruin the game (if I'm the boss or whatever) if the night goes by too fast.

How about make it 24 hours?

There will be variation in start and end times (actual times, as in noon) in the rounds, so people aren't always online at the same part of the round, and the time will be varied via the duration of the night round. The day will always be more or less 24 hours. Did that make sense? Haha
