Day 34 Recap

The trio all focused in on the heavy wooden door. They blasted away at it until it splintered and shattered into a fine pulp of. Ren felt bad for destroying what obviously had been a hand craved door but the reward was worth it. Behind the door was a staircase leading down. After exploring the three found a crypt almost a full two stories under ground. It was cold and damp.

The three held up in the crypt testing it for safety. They could hear the rumbling overhead growing closer.

Crypt? Called it! No, but seriously, I say we stay here and explore crypt, waiting out the blast.

Assuming we survive, I do hope we don't encounter any sort of aftermath cleanup crew. All our ammo's in the bus.

Day 35 Recap

The three survivors spent the day moving all of their supplies into the crypt the explosion growing closer. They brought furniture from the church down as well to create a barricade for the oncoming storm.

You all hear rumbling and horrible noised as the church, and town, are disintegrated overhead. Weird beams of light flash through the holes in your furniture barricade.

Okay well in the few hours we have left I rest to regain my HP...

If I die, I want to be shirtless in the stories the children are told. And there should always be some sort of breeze causing my hair to blow in the wind. And I'm fighting off a horde of zombies by hand after they've burst from the coffins in the crypt. Like a BOSS.

Day and Night 36 Recap

The rumbling grew louder and louder, dust fell from the ceiling. Patrick, Ren and Derek crouched in corners holding onto their knees. After hours of noise the rumbling turned to a low hum and the light coming through the barricade dimmed. They decided to stay inside for another six hours just to be safe. It was obvious that it was no ordinary bomb that had gone off.

When they emerged from the the crypt they found themselves standing in the rubble of the church. They weren't prepared for what awaited them. The sun was rising in the east, over a forest of trees. The entire town of Brindol was gone.

It was a new day, what would the future hold?
