The URL linked to it is wrong. It comes up for me as, "http://pulseblood.proboards.com/pulseblood.proboards.com". You just need "http://pulseblood.proboards.com".

Are you sure that code is actually installed? Or is it just on the main page underneath the sample photo of your mini banner? If so, I'd take this to the support board.
