Critique my layout? :3

I was hoping that you guys could give me some critique on this layout, it's been my project for some time now and I'd really like some comments on it before I have to release it. <3

I'm not a fan of grey skins, but discounting that, it looks pretty good. personally I'd prefer more contrast with the text, to make it more readable, but that's about the only change I'd make to it.

I really like it! You've got such a pretty, elegant 'goth' (for lack of a better word) look going on with that skin. I especially like your text placement on the banner, the fact that the cat has a hint of colour, and the extra little touches you've made to the skin (e.g. 'Time to Say Goodbye' at the bottom of the forum).

Two small things that I would look into changing are the chat box and the background. Don't get me wrong, the background image is beautiful; it just repeats a bit oddly on my wide computer screen. Admittedly, this problem is eliminated if I make my font size bigger in Google Chrome, so it's not a big deal. As for the chatbox, well I don't think that it's bright colours and moving emoticons suit the 'mood' of the skin. A stock standard c-box in a dark grey might look better.

Oh! I also wanted to add that I like the table you're using. Side-bar tables are cool, but it's nice to see something different!
