Anyone good at creating non-forum site designs?

I really want to get into making and selling full site templates. I can code any design, but I couldn't make a large graphical work like a website to save my life.

Are any of you good at this? I don't necessarily intend on selling them as soon as they are coded (a lot of factors are involved in this, and I won't pretend to have the funds, cart system, or most importantly, audience), so was thinking about split creations. A designer designs a bunch of different sites, I'd code them, and we'd split them half-and-half. Each of us would own 100% of the templates we get.

So you design Site A and Site B. I code both. You own 100% of Site A, I own 100% of Site B. You can do whatever you want with them. Sell them yourself, put them up on a sell site, etc. I'd probably sell them to another seller, since that would be the quickest and easiest way to do it. You can do the same if you want.

Figured such a post would fit better here than in General Programming Discussion.

XD
