Looking for a skin

I don't know if this is going to sound stupid, but I have been in search for a certain skin for a long time now, and have yet to find it. I looked through the skins on Caution, but was not able to locate it. I was wondering if anyone on the site would have access to the code or know where I could find it. An example of the skin is here.

Or something very similar to the skin at least.

Well, this skin is not made from a premade layout site. This skin was made by the makers of the site or perhaps requested to be made for them. You will most likely, I think anyway, not find this on a template site. This skin style is very popular lately. To get this, you (or a designer) will have to create images that make this effect. They made a header image with a rounded border, and then added the border around the forum code and made a dark colored image and inserted it into the code to create the background to match the header and create this effect. Like I said, I don't really think templates are made like this. It is a very simple skin that can be achieved with 2-4 images and the border around the forum code (which can be found on Slightly Insane).
