Best place for finding small icons/picart?

Im fairly new to the building aspect of this, but i am thinking id like to change the moderator stars and userstars etc...

But not sure exactly how to pinpoint it down, just need a page or so listed if someone could, thanks.

If you are looking for custom ones then look in the graphic request forum and follow the rules. If you are looking for pre-made ones, you can look at the pre-made thread in the graphic request board or find a graphic design website with pre-made images.

Iconfinder.com is a great resource of icons for your forum. Mind the licenses of the creators though.
