So I finally got bored and looked for some tutorials on things I can do with Ulead Photoimpact. (A program many has never heard of)

Keep in mind most of these tutorials were for earlier versions of Photo impact =/
So some of the stuff isn't where its supposed to be and I still am not sure how to completely use some of the tools on this thing. =/
